LAUREN "ELLE" SMITH
FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT
An accomplished business woman and human resources professional, Ms. Smith strongly supports the creation of opportunities for women and civic engagement within local communities.
Through her career and private life, Ms. Smith has been given the fortunate opportunity of traveling the world for academics, philanthropy and leisure. Her love for helping others spurred the creation of Kappa Psi Theta Fraternity.
Founder/President
A master barber and an active member who is helping to change the face of our organization, Zee, proudly holds the role of High Emissary. With every crossed line, the Fraternity thrives through her efforts.
